Tyler did a great job on our forced heat repair. He was familiar with older systems. He is personable and easy to talk with. He was training another employee, who did the maintenance on our hot air furnace. Both did fine jobs on repair and maintenance. We will definitely be using Summit again.

Tyler and the gentleman he was training were phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for nicer people. They answered all the questions we had regarding our furnace, reassured us if they’re were any issues after they would come back and take care of it! We will definitely be using them again!! Tyler was awesome! He was professional, transparent, and friendly when he fixed our furnace. After having a few companies come out, we’ll be using Summit for the rest of our homeownership. They offer a great maintenance package as well, which we plan to take advantage of.

This office staff was rude, condescending, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic professionalism. They acted annoyed by simple questions and treated me as if I were wasting their time. If you hate dealing with people that much, you probably shouldn’t work in an office serving the local communities.
