Summit Heating & Cooling first came out for an emergency boiler repair in below-freezing temperatures, and they got our heat back on quickly when it really mattered.
What stood out was their ability to properly diagnose the root cause. It turned out to be a low-voltage electrical issue tied into the system that affected both a boiler zone and our AC. Not a simple problem, but they took the time to track it down and fix it the right way instead of just treating symptoms.
We later had them out for the AC side, and the experience was just as strong. Alex was excellent. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure everything was running efficiently before wrapping up. He explained things clearly and gave us confidence the issue was fully resolved.
Courtney in the office was also fantastic. Great communication, kept us informed throughout the process, and made everything easy to coordinate.
Dean runs a very professional operation, and the whole team was responsive, respectful, and focused on doing the job right.
If you’re in the Bath, Fairlawn, or Montrose area and need emergency boiler repair, AC repair, or reliable HVAC service, I would absolutely recommend Summit Heating & Cooling. They show up when it counts and fix things the right way the first time.

Summit Heating & Cooling is awesome! We forgot to have the furnace cleaned in the fall, and it started blowing out cold air. I sent an email last night asking if they would have anyone available to come out today and got a call back first thing this morning.
Alex came and cleaned the furnace and made sure everything was working properly. He was great! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue on short notice!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I called in a pinch and not only were they super personable on the phone, they had someone at my house within an hour. An hour after that the problem was fixed. The whole time the technician was super nice amd ex0lained every step to me. Not that I want to see you guys often, but you definitely earned a repeat customer
