We cannot say enough great things about Summit Heating and Cooling! Our furnace went out the night before an arctic blast brought temperatures down to -14 degrees. With a newborn at home and nowhere to go, we were in a desperate situation. Despite their busy schedule, the incredible team at Summit rearranged everything to help us the very next day. By 8:45 a.m., the technicians were at our home, and by noon, we had a brand-new furnace fully installed and operational. Their quick response literally saved us during one of the coldest days of the year!
Chris, the salesman, was phenomenal. He listened to our needs and made perfect recommendations, ensuring we got exactly the right system for our home. Steve and the technicians were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful, keeping our home clean and respecting our space.
